Ares Course Reserves allow users to receive notifications when new items are made available for a course they are enrolled in.  User can set this for each individual course or for all courses. 

Update the Default Settings

To update this setting for all courses, choose Change User Information from the left side menu under Ares Tools.

On the screen that appears, choose Automatic and click Change My Info do be automatically notified when any reserve items are made available.  If you would like to manually set this option for each course, choose Manual.  


Set the email subscription setting for an individual course, open the course and choose the the Subscribe Now link near the top of the page.
