If I want to use the same reserve materials for different courses that are not cross-listed, can I do that?

Yes, you can use a specific reserve list for any class, whether it is cross-listed or not.  Request your list for one class and then simply copy the list to any other class. See the section Importing Previously Used Reserves at https://libguides.depaul.edu/ares/ares-request.
