The first and second floors of the John T. Richardson Richardson (JTR) Library and the middle of the Loop Library are designated as collaborative areas. There is an additional Zoom Friendly space with individual carrels on the east end of the third floor of JTR, assuming you have your own laptop. Using Zoom in these areas is acceptable as long as you wear headphones and speak at reasonable volume and in conversational tone. 

If you have a Zoom interview, presentation or another meeting requiring more speaking, you are also welcome to reserve a Media Studio. Media studios are subject to the University’s mask policy.

If you have your own laptop, you will want to connect to the Eduroam wireless network. The lab computers throughout the Library do not have cameras or microphones. We have webcams and headsets which both have microphones available to borrow at the Access Services desk.
